Here is the list of some foods that can actually make your skin glow.

AVOCADOS: This fruit is very rich in B-complex and essential oils necessary for the nourishment of the skin. It is so good for the complexion of the skin that clear many masks out of the skin.

COCONUT OIL: Coconut oil is one of the best oil to cook foods into for healthy skin or you can also use it as a lotion too. This oil is fully loaded with good fats that help restore moisture to the skin for a very long time.

FOODS RICH IN VITAMIN C: Vitamin C is not just effective against diseases like cold and scurvy. It is an antioxidant that slows the rate of free-radical damage reaction. According to some new researches ascorbic acid which is a derivative of Vitamin C, not only neutralizes radicals but also reverses damages. Fruits like Blueberries, blackberries or guava is fully loaded with vitamin C.

WHOLE GRAINS: Refined flours can cause spikes into the insulin which may result in acne. Switch to the whole grains instead of refined. It is not just good for your diet but also improves your skin.

GREEN AND RED VEGETABLES: The body tends to convert beta-carotene into Vitamin A, which helps to prevent premature aging and skin damage. Foods like red peppers, spinach, and some other leafy foods are rich in beta-carotene.

COCOA-POWDER: The antioxidants present in dark chocolate, Flavonols reduce the roughness of the skin and protects the skin from harmful ultraviolet rays.

GREEN TEA: Green tea reduces swelling, irritation, and redness. It is a gem from the east.

RED WINE: Red wine! A very well known anti-aging drink. It is full of polyphenols and helps to get rid of skin oxidation that causes skin aging.
